To earn cashback, ensure that you get redirected to the store only via the UrCoupons.com link to do your online shopping.

Your completed purchase is typically tracked by Urcoupons within 48 hours and your cashback is added to your account wallet balance.

UrCoupons needs to get final confirmation of sale from the store before making your cashback available for your use. This period is approximately 4-8 weeks which includes return/exchange period depending on the store.

Once we receive final confirmation of the sale from the merchant your pending cashback is made available for you to use.

Cashback earned from UrCoupons is your money and can be used to buy gift card, PayTM Transfer or even transferred to your bank account.

Note: Amount added to your pending balance is indicative and may change upon final confirmation from the store. Cashback earned from some merchants cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
Some stores allow Cashback earned from them to be used only for transfers to an online wallet like PayTM; or buy GiftCard. To make this distinction easier to understand, the cashback earned from these merchants is referred to as UrCoupons Rewards.

The process for earning of UrCoupons Rewards is the same as UrCoupons Cashback, and the only distinction being that UrCoupons Rewards cannot be withdrawn to a bank account. It is due to this, that the available balance on a bank transfer page may be less than your actual available balance. We have explicitly mentioned that which store will be given Rewards and in which given Cashback
UrCoupons Voucher rewards are special cashback that you get from specific stores. These stores allow us to give cashback only with certain constraints. Some stores allows us to give Cashback only redeemable for their sites only. It means, you can earn Cashback on your shopping but you cannot transfer that cashback to your Bank or Wallet.

Any stores carrying Voucher Rewards instead of Cashback will explicitly mention them on the respective store pages. As of now, only Amazon has this constraint.

Voucher and gift codes - To get Cashback via UrCoupons.com please only use voucher codes supplied by UrCoupons.com. If you use any other voucher codes/coupons etc. we will not be able to pay you any Cashback. Keep all email confirmations and documents from the retailer - just in case you need to use the information for submitting an earnings enquiry.
Our team looks at every store before assigning them to different categories. There are several stores who does business in multiple areas e.g. Amazon. You can get everything from books, stationery, and clothing to electronic products at Amazon. Therefore, Amazon could be seen in multiple categories.

It can sometimes take up to 72 Hrs for a retailer to track a transaction. Hence retailers do not accept any missing tickets before the end of this period.
Our system tracks you every time you click out from our website to any of our partner retailers. If you do not see a retailer in the exit click dropdown then you have not visited the retailer via our website. Perhaps you forgot to sign in when you visited a retailer, in which case again the visit will not show in your exit click list.
In order to submit a Missing Cashback ticket, you need: retailer name, date, transaction amount, order or transaction reference/ID, and any other details that would help the retailer to track your transaction.
Cashback enquiries can take anywhere between 3 days to 45 days based on the retailer. We try our level best to resolve your missing Cashback query as soon as possible. Remember that our incentives are aligned with yours, and we only earn when you get Cashback.
Sometimes the offers given to us by the store are only valid for a limited duration or until promotion lasts. When the offer reaches its expiry date, we automatically remove it from our Website.This is done to ensure that you do not attempt to use offers which no longer work.

Tracked Pending cashback are the figures that indicates your earning depending on your purchase through our site which might change upon confirmation. These details however are not disclosed to us by the merchants which is why it is not always possible to provide the accurate figure, hence called an estimate.
Unfortunately, the cashback process itself is such that we have to wait for the store to confirm to us that the purchase was not returned or exchanged. Merchants also use this time to validate that the sale has met conditions for earning of cashback.

We constantly work with stores to reduce this wait period. However, just to be on the safe side we inform you that it may usually take 4-8 weeks for a transaction to be confirmed.
We do understand that the waiting period for transactions like food and recharges is pretty long despite the return/ cancel period being very short or none. However, some stores do not give us confirmation of transactions immediately. Their processes are such that we get confirmation for such sales at the end of the following month, which is why there is a delay in confirming even instantaneous transactions.

Yes, there are stores and offers on which there is no cashback applicable. These will not carry the additional UrCoupons Cashback label.
If your cashback is cancelled by the retailer, your cashback amount for that transaction will be removed from your pending balance. The status of the transaction will be set to cancelled in your cashback activity page.

Store holds sole discretion in determining the validity of a transaction. Unfortunately, the decision made by Retailer is considered final.
Confirmed Balance is the amount that you can withdraw immediately (minimum withdrawal limits apply).

Pending Balance contains amounts that you have earned but can't yet redeem. Your pending balance contains amounts from purchases made at cashback stores and/or any bonus amount that you might have earned from UrCoupons.

Pending balance earned from purchases made at cashback stores usually requires 4-8 weeks wait period before which it becomes available. This is because most stores wait until their return and exchange period is over before confirming a purchase. If a merchant deems a purchase as cancelled or exchanged, the pending balance does not become Confirmed and is removed from your account.
It is recommended to check your transaction after 48 hours as it can take upto 48 hours for UrCoupons Cashback to get tracked. In case your transaction was not tracked even after 48 hours, please click Missing Cashback and file a Missing Cashback Claim. Please note that retailers accept claims for cashback not tracked cases only till 7th of the subsequent month from the purchase date.

Here are some common reasons why cashback is declined :
The order was cancelled.
The order was returned or partially returned.
The order was exchanged or partially exchanged.
The order was changed.
The order was paid for using a gift code or gift voucher.
The order was paid for using Cash on Delivery.

The order might have been classified as bulk order from a wholesaler or a travel agent etc.
The order did not comply with the store's cashback policy. To see details on store specific cashback policy please see 'Useful Info' section for cashback merchants.
Sometimes stores do not provide us any specific reason for declining the cashback. In such cases a Missing Cashback claim can be filed and we will do our best to find the reason for cancellation of the cashback.
Note: The store holds sole discretion in determining the validity of the cashback transaction. Some common reasons why cashback is declined are: If you still think your cashback was cancelled wrongly by the merchant, Claim your Cashback by visiting Claim cashback section.
At times Cashback is not paid on GST and delivery charges.Also if you think your Cashback tracked at a wrong amount then there could be some possible reasons that may check. Sometime the retailer may decline your Cashback because the purchase was not completed in the same session or you used another site during your transaction (e.g. a price comparison site).You did not comply with the Terms and Conditions listed on our website and/or the retailer's.You used a voucher code, coupon or gift code not authorized by UrCoupons.You disabled cookies on your device and tracking could not be completed.

Generally, sticking to the terms and conditions provided on our retailer page and ensuring you follow the recommended process will minimize the error.

Yes the minimum withdrawal amount is set to Rs. 250 for all payment options. You can withdraw your balance to your Bank Account, Amazon Pay Balance, PayTM wallet etc.

To withdraw your balance, log in to your UrCoupons.com account and visit the Transfer section of your profile.

Select the method of withdrawal, bank, e-wallet or recharge.
Select the account where you wish to transfer your Available Balance.
Enter the amount and hit Submit.

Bank transfers take between 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. eWallet transactions are almost instantaneous but can take upto 48 hours to reflect in your account. Note: Cashback earned from some merchants (UrCoupons Rewards) cannot be withdrawn to a bank account and is listed separately as rewards. Minimum withdrawal limits apply.
Also, there is absolutely no cost or fees applicable to withdrawing your balance.
